This item didn't work for me personally. After leaving a review that said it didn't work and I couldn't return the item the company reached out and rectified the situation. Great customer situation.

I tried this on a whim. First, let me say, I didn't realize that the product would be coming in amber glass. This was a great surprise. I have since gotten 2 more supplements for family and myself. SoActive is consistent and great quality! I did notice an immediate change in that I had a heavy menstrual period when I had just ended my previous period a few days before. However, I have been feeling awesome and have noticed my skin looking even and fresh. Things that I learned about berberine are that it is great for pcos, insulin resistance, diabetes, wound healing, metabolism, etc. One article I read said it was a blood purifier. I am going to continue use. The only negative I have noticed is a light headache. I tend to do that with new supplements.

Little change in cholesterol Maybe I needed a larger dose. Did see a slight decrease. However I did feel a change in energy for the time I was taking this product. Unfortunately The Price is a little much for me. Quality product. Would buy again.

Got this brand because it is supposedly superior to others in bio-availability, which seems to be a problem with Berberine. Hope it is.

Received these capsules two weeks ago and one week after taking them consistently I noticed my face started swelling, skin was looking blotchy and tired and began to break out. I was also feeling like I had no energy and sleeping much earlier and waking up later still feeling tired. I stopped taking everything I was taking to see if swelling went down and energy came back and it did within 3 days. I decided to add one supplement back at a time and started with the Bernerine. This is my face before and after, just three days taking the Berber once again. Something is definitely off with this supplement. I’m noticing the swelling and breakouts again as well as feelings of lethargy. I do not recommend this brand and will be long more research for a more reliable and safe option.
