Meh, it is bouncing ping pong balls into a cup that makes a lot of noise.
Bought this to break out on a rainy day. When the rainy day finally came, the shock and awe of the noisy cup wore thin quickly for the parents, but the kids lasted a bit longer than we did. The real fun was in trying the silly 'moves' on the cards, which sometimes involved some interpretation to make sense of the diagram. Overall, fun but only for a short time. Not a ton of replay value for us.

Son in college asked for these. He actually asked for 12 of them, so I ordered different ones for a variety. He's a baseball pitcher in college, so he loves any fun toys such as this and he sets the cups up on a ping pong table, 6 on each side and plays with another person, a person on each side.
