They are plastic. Of course they aren't invincible to damage. But, I've purchased a lot of portion containers over the years and these are my favourite. They are thicker and more durable than any other containers I've purchased. I would absolutely recommend these.

Good quality and plenty big to store leftovers. Love that they are microwaveable and dishwasher safe. I would buy again when needed.

Stands up to constant use. Always clean from dishwasher. So reasonable to buy. Have the super expensive Brilliance things โ gotta say these are simpler + easier + way cheaper = better.
