Well, it ultimately started missing so bad it would barely pull a small hill. Went to parts house and they wanted $240 for three coils..I figured that was what had caused the misfire..I looked on amazon and found these for a little over $10 each..saved myself over $200 smackers....installed them and my 4Runner runs great...smoother than it has ran in years...only had them installed for a day...runs great right now and if anything changes I will attempt to update this review. UPDATE: these ignition coils are still doing great over 6 months later..
