A: My pillow was wrapped in plastic very professionally.  The tag says the pillow can be machine washed and dried - I would do that if you are not comfortable with what you received or call their customer service department for a solution.

For the price of the pillow, I was expecting it to live up a "quality hotel" pillow. It is a bit softer than I expected. I kept it is more comfortable than my old pillow. However, I am still on the search for the perfect pillow.
