Works as it should

From Amazon and their reliable products, I took a gamble and tried this product due to the price difference compaired to Miralax, also an excellent product. But to save almost 10.00 on each bottle, it was worth a try. I am so glad that the "saving money" side of my brain was working properly and I bought this product. I assure you it is the same as Miralax. If your health is such that the strong pain medications you must use is taking the moisture from your bowels, then it is very important to be on a laxative regulary. PLEASE NOTE: See your doctor and verify this product with your doctor. I find that a capfull stired into my coffee or tea at breakfast, and another cap full at supper works well for me. At times, I may also need to use a capfull at lunch. Everyone's system can work differently, so you will need to make adjustments for yourself on what works for you. Drink water and don't set around, get some form of exercise, and drink the water as it says on the container. It takes three days once you begin using this medication to begin to do its job. Stay away from junk food too. If saving around 10.00 sounds good to you, try this product. It is a generic that does truely work. It will come two to a package, a months supply or more. So you'll save on each bottle and it is shipped free with the standered delivery.
