I’ve been taking one sachet (3 tablets) daily of MuscleBlaze Biozyme 5-in-1 for about a month now. I like that it gives me a complete pack of vitamins and minerals (vitamin B’s, C, D, iron, zinc etc.), plus extra joint-support and herbal blends. I felt a slight boost in my energy and workout recovery. The tablets are easy to swallow. On the downside: it’s a bit pricey for what you get. Also, I had some mild stomach discomfort when I took them on an empty stomach, so I now always take them right after a meal which helps. Overall – good if you train regularly and want a “all-in-one” multivitamin, but it’s not a miracle-pill and you still need good diet + rest.”

This is one of the best multivitamin out there. I have felt more energetic and am able to work out better. Been using it for 6 months now. Totally worth it

Good- No negative impact( like digestion issues), No bitter taste , No bad odour , Can be taken daily ( 3 in morning or 2 in morning and 1 in evening) Bad - Do not provide every vitamin , the body requires in a day , Very Costly. Conclusion- Not complete but much better than other alternatives available in market.

Taking three tablets per day at a time is very hard to do. First day I felt some kind of bad feeling inside me. Second day I felt I will vomit. Third day like before days I took tablets after food then after few minutes i vomited badly. Every bit of food and all tablets i vomited. Then i took a break one day. Later that day also vomited same. It was too bad. Tablets also taste bad. I think this is not safe for everyone. I bought another one from centrum and I face no issues. Don't buy this. Buy from companies who make multivitamins as primary objective. I won't recommend this for anyone.

I'm reviewing after a year of using this product i don't feel any significant improvements in my performance or strength don't waste your money buy raw ashvgandha, fish oil etc
