Great sound for a low price stereo.

Some good, some not so good
The first one I received had a bad, buzzing speaker. The seller was very responsive and replaced the boombox with another one. Mostt of my music CDs could not play very loud, so if you want a party machine you may be disappointed. It is very light and because of its light and flimsy construction, I am very careful not to bump it. When I pushed the buttons to run the tapes, I hd to anchor the thing to keep it from moving across the table. This is simply not the sturdy boombox that used to be made in this country (or Japan). I gave it a high review brcause it works well for my primary uses, listening to audiobooks. and copyimg cassette tapes.

DO NOT BUY!
Don't Buy Doesn't work and this was my second time to purchase, First one didn't work either This one spits out the CD tray even though its empty and not initiated PLUS it only plays on BLUE TOOTH. Who wants CD'S playing on their phone. I Wanted something I could listen to my many CD'S , Poor instructions and poorly made. UGH! and Yes I had a pro try to make it work- Thank you Amazon for no charges and no return. Off to goodwill it goes.

Why product destroys cassettes.
Product ate up 2 of my prized cassettes. Really bad product as oi relates to cassette play.

An Average Sound System
When I took the system out of the box, I could tell from the light weight of the system that I had downgraded from the prior system I had before. I purchased the system for my home office and wanted to be able to play CDs, tune into the radio, and also play old cassettes. This machine does all of that, but it is difficult to turn on and off and only loads one CD at a time. I wish I had been a title wiser when I was shopping. It seems to work well—just seems like it’s a cheaply made and has an antenna sticking out the back instead of a more discreet wire I can feed out the window.
