This one seems to work okay but low or devoid of two key ingredients that I personally have found helpful on a low-carb diet. One is of my own personal preference which is more vitamin C, this product dose have 180mg of C, but for me I have found more C to be helpful. The missing supplement that I find surprising is the important electrolyte Potassium. Low-carb diet equals possible low electrolyte intake. I have added a potassium supplement along with taking this product and this has alleviated late night leg cramps. ### ⭐⭐ Too hard on my stomach! *by P***S on Reviewed in the United States on December 18, 2017* I’m sure the vitamins are great, but they were just too hard on my stomach and caused repeated stomach pain even when taken with a full meal. Really bummed but gave them to a friend who said he had the same problem.
