Amazing! Had a 1 1/2 inch laceration on my left index finger. I was bleeding everywhere! I the product wasnt madd for such a small area but I used it anyway. It worked as expected! My only suggestions are to make some smaller ( for use in lingers/toes) and use Betadine wipes rather than alcohol wipes. Urgent care staff were surprised and plan to order for their homes. I managed using the product with one hand because I was alone and it functioned great, imagine how much better it would have beeen if 2 people had been able to apply it. But please if you use the product seek medical attention as well. The product was used as an emergent measure by a nurse until other medical help could be found.This product is not meant to replace proper medical care. Often antibiotics are required to prevent infection.

I love this idea! I used it once, works great!

Clean the wound, apply the dressing to each side of the wound, pull the zip tie-like handles to close the wound, trim the excess plastic handle off, and you have stopped bleeding. I was introduced to these after my amputation and the doctor swore by them. They held in place for at least 1 week with normal movement

Product works as expected

I read the reviews which overall seemed good except for maybe an adhesion issue. I am super active so I didn't want to chance it and added two bandaids to the outer edges. I checked it after a day and probably didn't need them. The butterfly bandage is still intact and the zip ties held great. I am able to re-apply Neo-sporin between the zip ties so as not to keep irritating the wound. I would highly recommend. In fact, I bought a few more to have on hand. Great product!!!

thee work perfectly for cuts that are not across a joint that are not going to undergo alot of deep bending, they work well for cuts on a flat surface,say and are or leg. we used them on my husband's knee and the did fine even though he bends his knee alot at work but we had to change it twice because he would pop the fasteners when he was squatting to do something. they stay in place well are easy to use. AND they easily saved us a trip to the ER.

We have these on autoship to add to our emergency stash. We live in the country. The nearest emergency room is about 30 minutes. A person can lose a lot of blood between here and there.

I was in an emergency. Was bleeding bad after a cut on my hand I used bleed stop but closure’s wouldn’t stay on. FYI if you are alone would be almost impossible to put on Wouldn’t buy again
