It is a roku remote and does work. However, the re mote I ordered was supposed to have batteries included and this one did not, so I had to wait a few days until I could get batteries to make sure it worked. I would have returned it, but that is too much trouble. So I kept it because it works and because I didn't want to have to go through the trouble of returning it and waiting for another few days for the new one.
