He was right. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by R***. on 9 August 2023* I've struggled with sore neck muscles for quite a while and my chiropractor recommended this pillow. I am a 5'7" tall, female of average weight and build with a slightly shorter neck than usual. Chiropractor said to find the smallest one I could find, even a child-sized pillow would probably work. I specifically ordered this "medium" pillow (which was the smallest size available) and if the area supporting my neck were an inch or so shorter, it would be perfect (hence my 4 stars). That being said, it is certainly better than the larger linear gravity pillow I previously had and better than other pillows I've tried. Most pillows have your head too far forward and your neck in flexion, which is bad for neck pain.
