It really is a nice citrus flavor has a nice punch. Much like fresh lemonade with extra lemons

It tastes exactly as advertised. I added it to the green tea and poured it over ice. Very refreshing. Very distinctly Yuzu. And the little goes long way.

I was a bit disappointed with the flavor. This may work better for baking but for cooking, it does not render the desired taste.

So many uses! So good!
Yuzu juice is pricey but the flavor is wonderful to use in everything from baked goods to cocktails. This is makes it so easy to get the flavor at a fraction of the cost, it has a longer shelf life and you can make it as strong as you want. I have used it in mocktails, frosting, cake and a savory sauce for veggies. Love it!
