what's the difference between the lite and professional tools

Is it best to use Oil or just use the tools dry? If oil is to be used any suggestions what works best?

Just use them dry. Using oil can cause an ear infection

You’re suppose to use these tools to clean the insides of your ears out. I don’t find them useful. Waste of money.
