Helps get me there
I take these about an hour before bed and it does relax me enough to fall asleep. It has reduced the number of times I wake up through the night.

Every other supplement I have bought made it easy for me to ask for assistance or product help. BUT this particular BRAND OF MENOLABS makes it impossible to ask questions. All I want to know is what the date on the bottom of bottle means. ? I have know way of contacting company VERY SKETCHY. DO NOT BUY

Best sleep after menopause
I have not taken any hormones since having a hysterectomy several years ago. After trying well rested for two months I have slept better than I have slept in years. I take two capsules about an hour before going to bed and feel drowsy enough to fall asleep and stay asleep through the night (8-9 hours), without kicking blankets on and off throughout! This will definitely be a part of my normal Nighttime routine.
