Why are these chips 20?

They come in a box of 11 canisters. That is all I can really tell you. Oh, and when they do arrive there are a lot of chips broken. The canister is intact, but they are broken inside. Hope this helps.

All the chips were broken.

All the chips were broken. I don’t know how they did it but it was a complete waste of a shipment. The crumbs tasted good but I ordered chips not shards.

Great taste but the box says handle like eggs; that did not happen.

Great deal on Lays Potato Crisps thru Amazon. I like them better than Pringles. The problem is delivery. While the box clearly states that it should be handled like eggs, if these were eggs, you'd have to serve scramble eggs. You open up the plastic tube and all you see are pieces and crumbs at the top of the container. They taste great but you have to put them in a bowl and maybe use a spoon.

I think I prefer Stax to Pringles

Delivered as promised. The only negative review I can add is that the last time I placed an order the stacks arrived all broken up. Bizarre packaging really. They come in a cardboard carton that says "handle like eggs" which is then placed in another unlabeled box for transit. Same great flavor!

Buyer beware !! Buy where you can shake the container to listen for crumbs IF you must buy

The MAJORITY of chips are broken. Very disappointed. Possibly because the container is sooo much larger than necessary the chips have a ton of space to jostle around . Won't be buying anymore. Who needs "extruded potato slurry" anyway.

These are my favorite chips and of course taste good, the one down side is that in shipping a good fraction arrive broken into crumbs.
