This is the best thing I could have bought for my knee. Its a great design. the straps and velcro are excellent. the cloth side stays nice and dry and not clammy. After you have cooled enough you can flip it over and get even colder relief. I love the design so you can choose which side the cold flap wraps around. It is actually so good that I walk around the house with it on and it doesn't shift. I would buy again. I might get a second for my other knee.

After my fiancée's surgery, her knee was extremely swollen and needed some relief applied directly to it, and this was the only wrap I could find that would fit. Not only that, but she has reported that it is actually quite comfortable as well. Keeping it in the freezer for when it is needed is convenient.

Very satisfied with this product. Straps are sturdy. It wraps completely around the knee. The fit is so good that I was able to stand up -- I do not recommend walking while using the pack, but it is necessary at times -- and walk without the pack shifting even a centimeter. Good cold transfer -- feeling cold means not feeling pain. It was easier to walk on the leg after using the pack as pain was almost gone and inflammation seemed less i.e. I could bend my knee more easily For an added bonus this can also be used as a heat pack. I look forward to that when my surgeon permits heat treatment of my knee.

After 2 years of using bags of peas or corn or small icepacks wrapped in towels to get some relief for my sore knees. I guess it just never occurred to me to get something easier. The NEWGO Reusable Gel Cold Pack is a game changer! I am on a waiting list for knee replacement (both knees) and it's a really long wait list. This Gel Pack has cooling on the knee cap, above and below the knee cap and behind the knee cap, all at once!!! It would take a long time for me to position ice packs on each of those sections of my knees and now it's 20 minutes on and then swap knees and I'm good for hours. I highly, highly recommend this item. It is flexible, softer with material on one side and plastic on the other. The plastic side seems a little colder so I put that right over my p.j.'s. I can't believe I waited this long to finally get an ice pack that gives me great relief!

I bought this for my son after his elbow surgery (they took cartilage from his knee), and it’s been fantastic for helping with swelling and recovery. The wrap design makes it easy to use, it stays cold for a long time, and it fits securely around the knee without slipping. One thing to note: it can get very cold directly on the skin. We had to place a thin pillowcase in between for comfort.
