does this have an adapter to remove U Joints from a drive shaft?

If you have a press then yes, there is a piece that can be used to press out a u joint. this set up requires a press.

I am not understanding what this accessory is for and what it does please help

These are accessories for a press - manual hydraulic or electric hydraulic. There are plates and dies to help bend and form metal

Can this kit be used with bottle jack presses?

yes, I use it with my 20 ton Harbor Freight bottle jack press. Works great

One inch if I recall correctly.
