Outside I laid them upside down first to get the distance and spacing right and then one by one I would turn them over and gently press equally also in a circular motion, the spikes into the ground and found they went in rather easy. They look terrific and very much mimic Stone, they feel good under your feet. Perfect for what we needed without having to haul heavy stones or ready the area. Recommend ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A temporary solution for actual pavers *by P***R on October 6, 2024* These stepping stones are fine as a temporary substitute for the "real thing." Of course, they're not as stable, but they are adequate in the short term.
