I bought this for myself as I have issues with headaches. It really helps and I feel rested and wake up pain free. I am a back sleeper that turns to the side early in the night. I use the softest setting and it seems to be a perfect fit for me. I use a bamboo pillowcase and it doesn’t get hot in the night like some pillows. When my mom was visiting – 76 years old, she wanted to try it. She beads (makes jewelry) so her issue is not tech neck, but rater crafting neck, if there is such a thing. She loved it and now I have to order another and have it shipped to her.

It is so comfortable! Normally, I have an adjustment problem with memory foam pillows. This one I didn’t! It is unique! My husband loved it so much that I had to give up mine and order another pillow which I received today. We are sleeping so much better. I don’t know of any other pillow that offers this type of versatility. If I want firmness under my neck, I just turn the “wheel”(tube) to firmness and the same for softness.

The pillow does help my neck pain but don't think this pillow will last. Only had it a week and the foam around the adjust part is already coming apart a little.

I really liked this pillow when I first got it. the dial on it is cheesy and not really too different no matter what way you have it twisted. The pillow only lasted around 3 months of every night use. I tried to sleep straight on my back and not turn too much yet this pillow manages to rip apart in 3 months. Deffienckt not made out of the best quality. Much rather my Bamboo pillow I bought to replace this one

This pillow is fantastic. I toss and turn in bed at night and could never seem to get comfortable. Since I got this pillow, I don't toss and turn at night and wake up feeling great. Being able to adjust a portion of the pillow to find the right fit for me was a huge plus.

I just purchased this pillow on Kickstarter. I don't understand. Based on the pictures, I thought it would adjust. Ha. There's a cheap dial that is supposed to adjust, but it doesn't really do anything. Waste of money. Not comfortable on either side for me to sleep on. Really disappointed.
