Only the first 2 times I had to pull them out during night, but then I had no problems and they stay in place. The silicon is good quality. No odor at all, good moulding, washable. They help a lot, i see it because i wake up with better freshness of mind. Not every nose will be a perfect fit, but for the price give it a try!

I use nasal strips to help breath at night, however they costs 25 AED for a box of 10, of which at least 3 generally go wasted because they dont stick. I tried this devices, the hard cones did not solve my problem, while the silicon tubes workes quite fine. I use the largest one and they fit well. After insertion I do not have any discomfort. Only the first 2 times I had to pull them out during night, but then I had no problems and they stay in place. The silicon is good quality. No odor at all, good moulding, washable. They help a lot, i see it because i wake up with better freshness of mind. Not every nose will be a perfect fit, but for the price give it a try!
