This product is excellent except for one thing: the monitors are only level when they are centered. When you swing the arm to the left or the right, the monitors tilt left or right, respectively. The tilt isn't massive, so you can get by, but it is noticable just by looking at it. I called Ergotron's technical support, and they had never encountered this problem, but I ordered a second one and it still has the same issue (my monitors are within spec for size and weight). I really wanted to like this product. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

I have large 27" monitors, which this arm does in theory support, however the curve created is too shallow to view both screens comfortably. If you have smaller screens this would work grear

Missing parts. Instructions not matching the parts. Could not assemble. At this price point, I expect perfection. This experience thus far has been anything but. I have logged a support request for professional assistance to get this set up. I will update my review when this is resolved with either a successful assembly and installation or a product return.

This Dual monitor is one of the most expensive solution out there. However, is does not disappoint. Its quality is first class. I'm using two DELL 27" 4K monitors and they seem to just float in the air while the mount has zero problem handling the weight and size of each monitor. The desk the mount is attached to is only 1 or 2 inches away from the wall and I have full motion of the monitor location. The engineering put into this mount is first call across the board, expect for 1 area. The Cable system doesn't handle/enclose the large/thick cables that come with 27" 4K monitors. Each monitor has a think power cable and a thick DP cable. The four cables will not fit into the cable housing system of the mount. I used Zip Ties instead and everything worked great. I would not let the cable management system deter you from buying. If you want the best, I feel this is it. Installing was easy and the only tool you need is a 10mm ratchet, everything else is included. The engineering is so complete there is a built in holder for the Allen wrench use to adjust items. So when the time comes down the road that you need to make an adjustment, you don't need to hunt down the correct tool and size.

一目見て揺れが少ないだろうと予想できたので購入。 モニターではなくノートPCを乗せて使おうとノートPC用のVESAマウントホルダーを購入して取り付けたが、机の表面からノートPCのキーボードまでの高さが20cmもあるような取り付け方しかできなかった。 本製品のアームは横に20cmも伸びているため通常のモニターアームにノートPCを乗せる1点支点とは違い2点支点で揺れの少ないノートPC用アームが作れるはずで、そのようなオプションを机と同じ高さまで伸ばせる物を作ってほしい。

I love this mon arm. Me and my partner share the use of our electric desk with settings occasionally being changed for desk height! The trace makes it so easy to adjust the screens height using the handle. For this to work i was forced to sell my Asus XG27UCDMG 27" OLED screen due to its excessive weight and ended up buying a duplicate MSI 272URX 27" OLED which held with ease after setting the tension screw! I now have reclaimed quite some space on my desk! Highly recommended.

デュアルモニター用の横棒は一切可動せず曲げてはあるものの少しだけなのでほぼ一直線上に並ぶことになります また、水平方向にモニターを振ろうとするとパンタグラフ部分に横棒が当たるためポールに近いとほとんど動かせませんし、ケーブルクランプもパンタグラフ部分の外周に付けるので更に可動域が狭まるため私は諦めました

Ich habe schon viele Monitorhalterungen ausprobiert, aber ich bleibe jetzt bei dieser. Bei anderen Modellen, ist mir aufgefallen, dass ich immer ewig gebraucht habe, bis ich dann die passende Höhe oder Anordnung gefunden habe. Hier ist man zwar etwas eingeschränkt, aber am Ende ist das ein Vorteil, weil man gar nicht mehr darüber nachdenken muss, es passt einfach. Die Halterung macht allgemein einen stabilen Eindruck, ist aber definitiv nicht "perfekt". Die Kabelführung ist etwas speziell und nach Vorne hin sichtbar, bei 27" Monitoren ist der einstellbare Winkel schon nah an der Toleranzgrenze und es ist an Stellen Plastik verbaut, wo ich denke, bei dem Preis muss das nicht sein. Wer einen höhenverstellbaren Tisch hat und ihn auch tatsächlich benutzt, kann auf jeden Fall über einen Kauf nachdenken. Wer die Bildschirme aber nur ab und zu verstellt, kann sich das Geld sparen.
