Are the dimensions of the box, or of the machine itself?

Dimensions are of the machine, but slightly misleading as the "D" and "W" should be switched, I think. Looking at it from the front the width is just under 16cms.

What is the tallest mug that will comfortably fit without removing the drip tray?

It’s 8.5cm. However, you can put a larger mug there just by leaning it a bit :)

The lid is not stuck!! It only opens to 45 degrees to enable the insertion of pod's. Do not force.

Can you use reusable nespresso pods?

I’ve never used re-usable pods in this machine
