This is my 1st time using the product. Works well. Easy installation fit well, and was easy to remove. I filled the jugs with (hydrolyzed water from whole foods) and I noticed white residue on inside of the top when I turned it inside out. that may have been from the water itself I don’t know. I intend to buy again. Great find!

Leaving 4 stars because I will take partial responsibility of not fully reading the description. I am using on 5 gallon crown top bottles. Ease of use is great and sitting upright, no issues at all. I have a bottom feed dispenser and I'm able to put the device straight over top of these so there is no loosing them each time I change my bottle. The silicone lid is just that, silicone. Soft and durable quality so far, easy to put on and remove. My complaint comes from trying to store my bottles on their side in a rack which started leaking. I came back to the listing to see if perhaps I installed them incorrectly which I had slightly but also only to find out that side ways storage is only leak proof on certain bottle tops which doesn't appear to be my type. I will need to look for an alternative lid since I need to be able to store the bottles on their sides without leaking all over my floor but I encourage anyone that reads reviews to read the description because had I had the "correct" neck type, I'm sure this would be a 5 star review.

Our bottles were missing tops so we got these and they are perfect, even the hose of the water dispenser fits perfectly, easy to install, seals great and easy to remove

When the water delivery service kept raising prices, then put a delivery fee in as well, I had enough. I decide to get my own bottles, especially since I found a place I could fill the bottles for 22% of the cost of each bottle of the delivery service. The bottles looked like the same, but I wasn't sure these caps would fit. Not only do they fit, but they fit tight. I got two bottles, went and filled them up, put these caps on and laid the bottle over on their sides. No leaks from the sides or the plug whatsoever, even when in the car driving home. I was even more pleasantly pleased when I found out that they also fit in my top-fed water cooler. The plug opens up when penetrated by the cooler's probe. Again, no leaks. But beware when removing an "empty" bottle. The plug does not self-reseal. So if you're removing an upside down bottle and it still has some water remaining in it, the water will spill out. And be sure to thoroughly wash the cap before using it on another bottle to prevent slime or mold from building up on it (a naturally occurring event). I've had these for about six months and have not had any negative issues with them so far.

I ozonize my drinking water and we use about 4 X 5gsllons a week. I think we got 10 rubber caps and so far we have been reusing 4 over and over. I am pleased that after 1 year of constant use these 5gallon water bottle rubber caps work very well and quality better than expected. Very happy with the purchase.
