It works very well. It can be controlled with Alexa without problem. Finally, I bought 5 for windows in different area. I tried the first two first; then, I have confidence to buy more.I can program it to turn on and off window’s automatically according to indoor and outdoor temperature difference. It helped me save energy while we have a more comfortable indoor environment.

Great but customer service is almost inexistant
Took me days to get an answer on how to reduce the travel on the chain. Email in documentation is deactivated, didn't get any answer on a question here on Amazon. Finally got a partial answer on the chat feature on their website. Here's what I figured out: cut the chain and everything works fine.

installed in an old skylight and it works amazingly ! no poles hanging down. I can also use my phone.
