why are my hands turning yellow ?

This Cream dries your skin and build a strong thick callus but that is not so simple, and you better follow some strong advice's from experience people. 
First, to apply, rub on enough to cover each finger tip and leave it overnight and always wash your hands in the morning. 
Do this two night in a row and then use it once a week if you have really wet soft skin. (everyone’s skin is different, so you may need to apply more or less)
The tricky bit is figuring out how and when to reapply. Best is to wait a full two weeks for the effects to completely wear off, and then begin fresh.
Be extremely conservative with its application and monitor how dry your skin is getting. 
Too frequent applications will make your skin slight change in color or glassy…
Use it not more than two nights a week and wash your hands in the morning seem to work

It will make yiour hands rough. I do not recomend. caused over dry chipping hands. Took a while to get back to normal.

No, it could be used to stop sweaty hands, foots and pits. Do not use it on you face or head.
