I’ve been taking DEVA Vitamin D3 5000 IU daily, and I can really feel the difference in my energy and overall mood. The vitamin quality feels solid, and I haven’t had any stomach upset like I did with some other brands. It seems to actually help my vitamin D levels, and the dosage is just right for me. I was very low on vitamin D and was told by my doctor to supplement. After taking these for 3 months, my vitamin D level had risen on my blood test. The pills are small, don't have any taste, and are vegan. I will continue taking these!
