**Q: If taken in the morning do they break your fast?**
A: Technically yes, anything you take orally other than water breaks a fast.  It depends on how ridged you are.    If you are fastening to get into or stay in ketosis, I would test before taking them and again an hour or so after.   If you are still registering as being in ketosis then you have your answer.

**Q: How much fat and saturated fat is in a serving?**
A: You would have to cu consume the whole jar in one sitting for the fat time even effect ya..

**Q: The reviews are great but do they work for you ? Everyone is different but that is my question.  Everyone is saying how good it taste**
A: Yes, I do think they work. It seems to speed up my metabolism a little which is a great help to my health. Worth it!

**Q: I saw a comment recently that this product was really just a laxitive.  Any truth to this?**
A: No, I tried one, and the taste and texture is not pleasant at all. I will and cannot endorse this item it needs to be banned and discarded.  DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM!
