I have now been taking this for 2 weeks. You can take up to 3 in a day, one per meal, two is enough for me! It makes you drink 8oz water with it, but I end up drinking double the amount I normally do throughout the day, so, you will urinate a LOT! So I recommend NOT having one with supper if you want to sleep well without trips to the bathroom. Swelling in my joints has decreased, discoloration on my face has gone away, it's also brightened up my skin, Ive had dry crusty patches that ditched terribly on my legs for years, and they've now healed up and the scars are getting lighter. I have daily bowel movements and it makes me want to eat less when I do eat, so my stomach has shrunk as well! I am slowly losing weight, but thats because other than at work, I dont get much exercise because I have a busy schedule. But I feel amazing!

I’ve been taking these turmeric capsules for a few weeks, and they seem to work well for reducing mild inflammation and joint stiffness. The ingredients look clean and natural, and the capsules are easy to swallow. I’m giving it 4 stars because the effect is subtle and takes time to notice, but overall a good supplement.

Taking these for general well-being, just 2 not 3 a day, for four months now. Felt a lot better this winter than I have in recent years, no colds/influenzas/ear infections which have been common unfortunately. Digestion seems better, and some pain mitigation as well. This was the fourth formula I tried for these benefits and this brand performs.

I rely on this to keep my joints in my hands and wrist from aching. It’s tough getting old but management takes the edge off the pain by reducing the inflammation.

I cannot really tell this supplement is working. It has only been a few months so I will give it 3 more months before I give up
