The product is good. The carafe broken within the warranty period. And I received the replacement with the help of the customer support. I am extremely satisfied with the way the customer service executive helped me in this entire replacement process.

I really liked the coffee machine, it makes coffee so quickly and conveniently. Also the demonstration of how to use the machine, given to me by anindita from AGARO, was really helpful. The maintenance tips provided by her were useful too!

Amazing product. It's been one year . Easy cleaning. Perfect blending . portable. Good temperature retention. Durability is also there.

Definitely a product I would not recommend. In just 40-50 days of purchase, the drip stopped working. The service engineer sent had no clue of how to repair and said it will have to be replaced. The replacement they sent was a 2023 model, while I had purchased 2026 model. All this replacement and service took 3+ weeks and still no resolution. When called the service center, they say the replacement is ok. How is a 2023 old product and ok replacement for a new 2026 model?

I have been using this coffee maker for almost 4 years and it works really well. I had to contact the customer support recently for an exchange of a part. They were very prompt and resolved my issue.

Great product - but poorly designed. It’s a very good coffee maker and does the job wonderfully! No complaints there. But certain elements in its design are simply dumb!! The place to put coffee powder opens on a hinge! Why?? Just why?? They could have just made one full flap that opens on top for water as well as powder. Anyway- the overall build quality is quite good and sturdy. Just the right size for making small pots of coffee at one time. Customer service seems great! I got a call in less than 24 hrs of delivery, asking if I needed a demo but I politely declined since I knew how to use this. Overall it’s a good coffee maker that could have been designed better!!

It's quick, easy to use, gives a good black coffee. Using it since more than 1 year now, and it's been a good mate while working from home. Only drawback is that it invites a lot of cockroaches, don't keep in kitchen. Always keep in other room, which can be sealed. It's door became loose with time, but still works.
