AGARO Royal 4 Big Cups Drip Coffee Maker, 600 Ml Borosilicate Glass Carafe Jar, 750W, Water tank with Level Indicator, Brewer Machine with Cone Filter, Auto Shut Off, Steel Body, Black & Silver

We recently purchased the AGARO coffee maker from Amazon, and we are extremely happy with our purchase. The machine is very easy to use, and has a sturdy build. It makes excellent coffee, and the controls are simple enough even for someone using a coffee machine for the first time. A special thanks to Ananditha from AGARO for the virtual demonstration. She explained all the features patiently, guided us through the setup and operation step by step, and answered all our questions with great professionalism. Her friendly approach gave us the confidence to start using the machine immediately. Excellent product backed by excellent customer support.

The product is not expensive. But it looks good on your desktop. Liteweight. It works exactly as you would have expected - flawless! The post-purchase demonstration offered was To-the-point and extremely effective with many tips provided. Only suggestion is - the product build quality is a little poor and a bit flimsy! The second unit that I bought was already broken at the hinges when received (replaced without a question though) The other thing is - my unit does not sit flat, the feet kinds wobble on a flat surface - please take note.

I am very satisfied with the AGARO Royal 4 Big Cups Drip Coffee Maker. The machine is compact, easy to use, and brews flavorful coffee quickly. The build quality looks good, and it is perfect for daily home use. The product demonstration by Ms. Anindita was excellent. She explained all the features clearly, patiently answered all my questions, and guided me through the setup and operation step by step. The session was well-structured, professional, and easy to understand, which gave me confidence in using the product. Her communication was courteous, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. Overall, I am very happy with both the product and the excellent customer support. Thank you, Ms. Anindita and Team AGARO. Keep up the great work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great appliance, easy to use and makes good drip. Brew is good and no leakage. Fast delivery and good customer service.

I bought this machine some 15 days back and it's a good coffee machine. By mistake I dropped the carafe and the glass broke in a very light impact, the glass of the carafe is so thin, that it cracked in a small nick. Nevertheless it's my mistake, but when I tried to order another carafe from amazon or from Agaro website, there is no spare available for a ready purchase. I did write to their customer care and they asked me for invoice etc. and nothing happened. This piece of machine is just a junk now without the carafe that I have to throw it in the trash soon. I would suggest to purchase it only as a use and throw when the carafe breaks. Very bad customer service and after sales of spares even if we are ready to pay.

I have bought Agaro coffee maker from Amazon , after few days it stopped filtered , when I called on Agaro customer care , Miss Luci Ghosh attended me very politely , professionally and took such information about coffee maker from me then send me related parts of coffee maker quickly as soon as was possible by courier , after one day the technician came and changed the parts needed. The whole time Miss Luci kept contacted me and asked me if technician has been come or not , work has been done or not etc.whole process was very smooth and they didn't take any charge from me in name of any part , or service fee ,visiting fee nothing . I have warranty bill but still so many companies asked for money in name of false reasons. Thank you so much for fantastic and Honest job.

Good product, however, quality could have been little better in terms of plastic. Coffee pot needs to be handle very carefully. Machine is working good even after a year. So worth it.

I am very happy with the Agora Drip Coffee Machine. The coffee tastes rich and fresh, and the machine is very easy to use. The build quality feels sturdy and the brewing process is quick. It is perfect for daily home use and makes consistently good coffee every time. A special mention for the product demonstration. The demo was explained clearly and patiently, making it very easy to understand all the features and maintenance steps. The representative was knowledgeable, courteous, and answered all my questions. Overall, an excellent coffee machine with great customer support and demo service. Highly recommended for coffee lovers.
