Easy to use,sturdy. But needs to hide the extra length if youre hanging high and do not need that much rope! The nylon is hard to cut ( if you decide to cut away the length which you dont need ). Or coil it and let it hind behand the painting .

strong and easy to install on the track I am able to hang 2-3 picture frames on the 2 SS cables.
