I really like these pencils. They have a clean and professional look that works well in the office because it looks like I’m using a pen like everyone else. I can write for a few hours without having my hand get tired. The 0.7mm led holds up well and doesn’t break easily which makes them great for everyday use and constant writing. It comes in a STURDY case with a ton of extra erasers and lead refills so it feels like they’ll last me a long time. The kits have a good selection of stuff at a good price. The pencils feel solid and work well without jamming (at least so far). Enough lead to last a lifetime, unless you're an artist or architect. I haven't tried the erasers as I'm a hard-core Staedtler guy when it comes to them, so I can't comment on their quality. I took a star off just because of the plastic case. It's not that I don't like the case, and to be honest, it was part of the attraction of this set, but when I actually have it in hand and look at it, it sinks in that it really isn't required and just inevitably adds to the never-ending landfill piles. And these can (and will) end up either in a pencil holder on my desk or a pencil case in my drawer. In any case, as mentioned, a good set for a good price. Recommended.
