I love this tea, it tastes great! And a little peppery. It does contain a small amount of cane sugar though, (good to know, if that's not something you want)

Effective for congestion, cough, fever. My 92-year old aunt also loves it since it helps her a lot reduce phlegm and coughing, resulting from lifelong smoking which has compromised her lungs.
