I have thin hair and have always had thin hair and because of that it took a lot longer for it to grow. No side effects ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very easy to swallow, and effective *by K***Y on April 10, 2021* I was losing my hair. When there was no way to style it that would hide my scalp, i decided something had to be done. My dermatologist said it was "female pattern baldness" and recommended a wig, but there is no history of thinning hair in my family, so I didn't believe him. I did some online research, started taking plain biotin, and saw some improvement after a year - but not enough. So I tried this complex of vitamins, and in a few months my hair started growing back (I couldn't tell, but my hairdresser could see it sprouting in the bare areas!) Not only that, but my nails strengthened and the ridges began to smooth out. I've been using it for almost two years now, and my hair is again thick on top and in back (though, oddly, still somewhat thinner on the sides), and my nails are perfectly smooth.
