Higher capacity? 17 days in my low drain panic button for my alarm and the voltage is down to 11.9v. doesn't even seem to last like the average a23

Hi, thanks for your question, the situation you describe is not normal. In order to better analyze your problem, please contact buyer support or send an email to service@powerowl.net, our customer service will solve the problem for you.

What size fuse is recommended to protect the battery

I would guess that depends on the device you are putting the battery in + the wiring Guage etc. Haven't see too many devices using a fuse with such a low voltage/am as this.
