I received this product recently and have had the chance to try it out. I’ve been using it over the past couple of days to keep my hair neatly secured in a bun for daily wear and light activity, and it has been very practical so far. The set includes everything needed in one go, the individual hair nets, elastic hair ties, and U-shaped pins, which makes it convenient without having to source extra accessories. The hair nets themselves are lightweight and genuinely discreet once in place. The nylon mesh stretches well without feeling flimsy, and the elastic edge grips the bun evenly rather than digging in at one point. I found it worked for both tighter ballet-style buns and looser everyday buns, and it handled thicker hair better than expected. The individual wrapping is also useful for keeping them clean in a bag. The U-shaped pins feel solid and well finished, with rounded ends that help prevent scratching the scalp. They hold securely without slipping and do not bend easily, which suggests decent build quality. The elastic hair ties are strong enough to hold hair in place without snapping straight away, and they retain their stretch after use. If I had to point out a downside, the nets can take a moment to position neatly if you are not used to using them, especially on the first attempt. Also, the elastic edge is quite firm, which is great for hold but may feel a little tight if worn all day. Overall, I’m pleased with it and it has done what I expected.

I’ve purchased these a few times now as my daughter and I are terrible for losing clips and nets! Great price for the amount of product. The nets last longer than one wear, which is ideal and the clips are great quality. The bands are tight which is also fantastic and exactly what we need to keep her bun intact for dancing!

Daughter needs for ballet and these are perfect. Really didn't need the amount in the pack but suppose I'll never run out. Used one net for over 5 sessions and still going strong ...great quality

Bought for daughters’ ballet buns. I found these worked well on my teen daughter who has a lot of hair and thus a large bun. The pins were too long for my tween daughter who has shoulder length hair and therefore a much smaller bun.

Dance contest essentials

I bought this set and I was not sure that it was the right one, the ballet teacher is very strict. Luckily they were perfect for the job, happy girl and ballet teacher :D Not so sure that you can use the pins more than once btw

As expected, but honestly, this is very overpriced for what it is. Probably pennies to make.
