This case is very similar to the look & feel of what was (used to be) my Tech 21 case for a former Samsung phone.  Loved those cases for my S6...great protection, slimming design & felt nice to hold.  This seems to be (& I am hopeful it will be) the S8+'s version of that case......so far the fit is tight & exact, though time will tell.
