So glad I tried it!
Skeptical at first when a friend recommended this, but after a couple of weeks of no sleep due to hot flashes through the night I was willing to try anything. A little bit in my belly button for three days and my sleep has been restored. I continue to do it each night. When I forgot a couple nights the hot flashes started to return, but a little dab again and all was well.

Family staple
Our family loves clary Sage on the bottom of our feet right before bed. My husband has a pretty aggressive work schedule so sleep is really important. He was sold DAY 1 using this on the bottom of his feet to get to sleep. He's prone to insomnia but clary Sage from doterra always helps him get to sleep within 10 min of application

Beware ! It is not Doterra !
Inside the bottle is Pine Sol cleaner. We went to a Doterra representative to compare the smell of a real Cl;ary Sage Doterra bottle and it was clearly a diffent smell. We explained we bought it online from Amazon . The Doterra representative was not surprised as she has come across this issue before with many customers who have bought Doterra from Amazon.
