They carry this brand at Williams Sonoma so I figured it would be very good quality and it is. It is an extra large tray (the smaller was sold out at the time I ordered this) which actually worked well as I could fit 4 side dishes on it at Thanksgiving. What a treat to keep everything warm for seconds! Easy to use. And did the job well. I kept the box to store it away in the garage for next year holiday time.

I use this every weekend when im hosting and it’s honestly been amazing. The size is perfect to fit a bunch of dishes at once and it looks really nice on the counter or buffet. It heats up fast and then I just keep it on low and everything stays warm for hours without burning. Super easy to clean too, I just wipe it down after. The handles stay cool which is nice when moving it around. Such a lifesaver for parties and holidays, I dont know how I hosted without it before.

This review is for 21x16 Chefman Electric Warming Tray. This has been a blessing for the issues that can rise when guests arrive at various times. It is easy to use, elegant and keeps the food warm. The adjustable temperature makes it easy to modulate serving needs as time passes. The size is ideal for holding three medium to small heat tolerant serving trays. Most of our serving was for 4-6 people. It has a glass top, I am glad I did not notice this at the time, it would have made me less inclined to make the purchase. The extra gentleness while putting it away and storing it is well worth the effort, plus the glass top turned out to be a blessing, it makes it so easy to clean. We had spills of rice, gravy etc. Once the unit is cold, a sponge with dish soap and a wipe with a wet towel, took care of everything. I keep it in its original bag and box, and use the original side foams (I use duck tape to re-enforce the box). It stores well under the bed. The only issue that needs attention is that the bottom of the unit heats-up, it has to be placed on fire resistant material. We set it on top of an old barbecue outdoors, on top of the stove (when not in use) or extra large cookie sheet, or granite countertop indoor. We used it on many occasions and have not had any issues with the knob or the way it heats.

When I set it to the max temperature, it kept everything perfectly heated—lids came off with visible steam, showing it maintained the food at an ideal serving temperature. However, I’m giving it four stars because the temperature gauge lacks markings to indicate specific heat levels. This made it impossible to know precisely how hot the surface was, so I defaulted to the max setting to ensure my dishes stayed warm. Despite this minor flaw, I’m confident it will serve me well during my party. Its modern design complements any decor, and the functionality is exactly what I need for entertaining. If the temperature control were clearer, it would be a five-star product.

Kept food hot- no heat underneath. Large and looks nice!

The warming tray works really well. It kept the Christmas dinner sides and gravy warm throughout the entire meal. There’s no real installation other than putting it on the breakfast bar and plugging it in. We were able to put six containers on the tray to keep warm. After use and cooling down it’s just a lightly damp cloth to wipe up any spills. Thinking of buying another one for the gazebo.

If you like to entertain, live for potlucks at work, you need this in your life. Not only does it keep food warm, it can also reheat food. I had made baked ziti for a work pot luck. I made it the night before and refrigerated it overnight. My plan was to begin reheating the dish in the oven before work. Only I was super sleepy the next day and kept hitting my snooze button. I took it to my office cold from the fridge. I placed it on the tray and turned it up to high. In an hour the whole dish was heated through. I reduced the temp to keep it warm until the party. A coworker put a box of fried chicken on it. Kept that nice and warm too. I highly recommend this item.

This thing is hot!! My parents hate eating cold food so this was perfect for our dinner where we were able to keep a lot of our dishes nice and warm during dinner

Good product. Only one issue, if a glass or ceramic dish is placed on the glass surface, it tends to slip while pouring food.
