Will it a patch of veins on my leg?

As long as the veins are not very pronounced and the color selection matches your skin tone. Too light will make them look ashy, IMO. I hope this helps.

Is this really high coverage? I’ve bought 5 concealers looking for one that doesn’t just say “high coverage” and no luck so far.

I know this is an old question but I wanted to suggest you try the Wet N Wild Incognito concealer and the Ulta Full Coverage concealer. Ulta regularly puts their brand on sale so wait for that to happen. They also sell color correctors under that same line that are phenomenal. Different listing on their site though. The WNW concealer is under $5. Both are high coverage. I have also heard good things about the cover girl concealer but haven’t tried it.

My skin is Medium and find all of Catrice's concealers and foundation oxidize on me.
