I believe that you can't have a glove on to make it work. **Q: I just bought this lamp. i’m not sure what the isb port does? is there anyway i can get directions on how it’s used or could you tell me?** A: If you notice the writing above the USB... "5V/2A" It is a 2 amp charging port for phones or other portables. **Q: On my new lamp, the lamp head is loose and keeps sagging from its own weight. How can it be fixed?** A: I don't know. Two of our lamps unfortunately broke within a few months. Great while they lasted. **Q: Will it work with 220V ?** A: Only if used with a power adapter so designated as 110-240 Vac. Look at your adapter that you plug in the wall, it has small printing on it that says input and output voltages.
