Nice Note Book

My husband recently fulfilled a longtime dream of his to become a bee keeper. He’s got the hives, the equipment and the bees. He didn’t have a log book. I ordered this one for him on a whim that he might want something to keep track of his inspections etc. On the day that the journal arrived he made a comment about looking for something to log his inspections and whatnot. I was like, say less, and handed him the package that I just took off the porch. HE WAS THRILLED. It has everything that he was looking for! He likes the fact that it also offers suggestions and locations for notes and helps you stay consistent with your hive checks.

I am very new to beekeeping & feel like keeping records is helpful. There appears to be no “guarantee” when keeping bees but records may indicate patterns which may or may not be predictable. I am looking forward to my local bee keeping class as well as managing a swarm I randomly caught. Save the bees!!

This is my go to. It’s a necessity for me to keep track of my bees and weekly inspections. I get one each year so I can reference back.

Bought as gifts for fellow beekeeper friends. I feel there is some Americanised terms that we don't use in the UK but not a big deal. Nice wipe clean covers and great for keeping a detailed note of hive inspections.

This really helps me keep track of my inspections. It's easy and simple to follow and helps you keep track of your yearly progress. I use it as a resource to look back at when something happens. For example, I had a swam and all the bees on one hive left. I was able to look back to see if I had made a mistake and if there were any signs.
