To find the few that are truly effective and give you good value for money, you need to tune out the marketing noise and do just a little independent research. I cannot really comment on the effectiveness as I did not take this product long enough. I purchase based on price and reviews it scores in the top 10 best multivitamins in online research. Expensive and support is not up to expectations
Contacted this company with a couple Issues only to be told I need to contact my physician. It wasn’t a physicians issues it was a quality co trim issue. Wouldn’t recommend.

Great product!
My daughter's doctor recommended these for her immune issues. They are prepackaged in a little Baggie. They have all the essential vitamins in one pack and the cost is great in my opinion.
