Complete waste of money
I have a small chip in one of our floor tiles and was going to just use regular, clear 2 part resin but thought I would try this first especially as it's specific to tiles.Application is pretty straight forward. Shake the tube for 2 minutes to mix the resin however this is also supposed to thin it to make it easier to apply. Viscosity was unaffected by shaking but for my purposes it didn't really matter.Apply the resin to the chip and smooth out. I actually used a Stanley blade to smooth it out and managed to get a very smooth finish. However, even after 2 weeks the resin never seemed to fully harden. It pulled away instantly and was the consistency of a soft rubber/gel. A complete waste of time and money.I have now filled the chip with the 2 part resin I was initially going to use and the results are reasonable if not perfect. Probably as good as I'm going to get without paying for a specialist to repair it. I have seen some on-line tutorials where they've used porcelain varnish so maybe that would have been a better option.

It works on cracks.
This product comes with three tubes of different coloured compund taht you mix according to the packets instructions to get the right colour match. I was using it on terracotta coloured tiles in the kitchen. At first I was quite impressed by how it filled a running crack but when it came to filling a chipped piece we ran into problems. It takes quite a bit of product to fill even the smallest chip and you will need to do multiple layers no matter what the instructions say because I found that as it dried the product 'sank' and was no longer level with the tile surface. Worst of all when the filled in chip dried it was obviously visible and sort of stuck out because the compound has a pvc/gel texture which makes it slightly shiny even when slightly sanded. Worst of all, after two weeks of walking over it the filling in the chip came lose as a guest walked over it and popped out like a little jelly chip. Absolutely pointless. So, yes, use it for cracks but not for chips.

Absolutely useless!
This has the consistency of an enamel paint, difficult to apply from the tube and frankly it’s just a slightly rubbery paint. Is this actually a ‘proper’ product or just a way to sell paint at a huge price? I used it on n a floor tile and it just looks like I’ve painted in the chip, it’s very shiny like paint even though I followed the ‘instructions’ to matt it using my thumb when it was still tacky (exactly like you’d do if you were bodging the job with paint). The worst amd most over-priced product I’ve bought via Amazon - total rubbish! - I have no doubt the reviewers who say it’s great could have achieved the same job with a dab of enamel or oil paint for a fraction of the price, and using a small brush which would make the job easier than a tube.

Not good
Got this to help fill in some drill holes in some tiles in my bathroom. At first it was very easy to use and appeared to be the perfect product, however it hasn’t dried as hard as I thought (I.e. as hard as a tile) and instead us move of a hard silicon.Because of this it looks really out of place and I didn’t get the desired effect. For the price i would have expected better to be honest. Wouldn’t recommend if you had similar issues as me.

A waste of time
I ordered this product as advertised - palette of colours from which to mix my own shade of dark grey slate tile. The image shows a substantial pack. What I actually received was a Twix sized flimsy paper wrapper containing a tiny white, and tiny beige, colour tube. That's it! Nothing else. The wrapper is written in Chinese.I only give 1star as a zero star is not an option. I cannot recommend this purchase at all.absolutely appalling.
