Double bill featuring two popular Disney movies. In 'The Jungle Book' (1967), after being abandoned as a child, young Mowgli (voiced by Bruce Reitherman) is brought up in the jungle by wolves. However, when the news arrives that murderous, man-hating tiger Shere Khan (George Sanders) has returned, Mowgli's friends Bagheera (Sebastian Cabot) and Baloo (Phil Harris) set out to return the reluctant mancub to the humans' village. Their task is not made any easier when Mowgli is kidnapped at the behest of monkey ruler King Louie (Louis Prima), who wishes to learn the secret of man's power - fire! Disney Studios' nineteenth animated feature was the last to be overseen by founder Walt before his death, and won an Academy Award nomination for the song 'Bare Necessities'. 'The Jungle Book 2' (2003) follows Mowgli (voiced by Haley Joel Osment) as he adapts to life with humans, having followed the girl, Shanti, he saw collecting water at the end of the first film. Finding it hard to live among humans all the time he decides to visit his old friend Baloo (John Goodman) but Shere Khan gets wind of this and he still has an old score to settle. Two wonderful Disney movies for one great price. Came in on time and in emaculate condition!

American buyers beware
Warning one of the two DVDs is region blocked The Jungle Book Diamond Edition will not work in America (region A) unless you have a region free DVD player. The Jungle Book 2 will work in all regions (regions A,B,C) other than that product was shipt and decent amount time no scratches or anything wrong with DVDs

Does not work in USA
Warning, one or both of the DVDs may not work in a USA DVD player. This is the message we got on Jungle Book 1: "This disc will not play due to the region code setting of the player" at least we were able to play Jungle Book 2 so we won't bother with trying to return it. My grandson was very sad sad that it did not work. This is the risk you take buying online. Especially if it does not ship or sell directly from Amazon.

No movie for me
Bought this awhile back but never got the prompt for a review. When I bought this movie set as soon as it finally come in I unpackaged it and tried to watch my favorite Disney movie. Well, hard to do when the movies don’t play. At all. Thought it may have been my DVD player. We tried multiple ones, even at other people’s homes just to make sure. This taught me to NEVER buy movies online. Hope others had better experiences than me.

I was so excited to get this. But u went to watch it and they won't. It said wrong region I didn't see anywhere on the description about it being a different region . Not happy

DO NOT BUY. You will not be able to return it once you open the package and it will not work in a regular DVD player. they claim it's a country code but they ship from the US to the US with no warning.
