Stove and dishwasher are 4 1/4 wide x 12 1/2 inches tall. Refrigerator and sink are 5 1/2 inches wide and 12 1/2 inches tall

Would this fit in the barbie townhouse? if not, could someone tell me which barbie townhouses it would fit in. thanks.

I think so....but I don't have Barbie's townhouse so I can't answer exactly....sorry

Is the kitchen all plastic?

Yes. Everything on the kitchen is plastic. I wouldn't recommend it for a younger child or someone who is rough on toys. My daughter is five and is very careful with her dollhouse miniatures and already one of the handles is broken off. It was easily fixed with super glue but I imagine that if she were more rough in her play, it would not have held up this long.
