On to the review: The first one I purchased was beautiful, didn't take long to put together and I was so happy I decided to buy a second one. Now, the second one came and it was a little less quality. I found that there were scratches on some pieces and the assembly was just not as easy - and I'm sure that I followed the same steps. It's not hard to put together, it's very intuitive and just straight screws so I'm not sure what the disconnect was. Over all, I am happy with this product, I would purchase again.

I have purchased two of these units for my home office, at two separate times. I want to start by saying I like this shelf because the back of it is actual panels and not the flimsy cardboard like other products have given. No damage in shopping because well packed and secured. Fairly clear instructions, but don't skip step 1 which establishes firmly which it top and which is bottom. One of the plastic parts with a nail in it like a tack for the feet was missing. I went through every tiny part of it all and never found it. Since I was working in my living room bare foot, I really wanted to find it, since it would make a wicked hole in a foot. But there are only three and I really hope there are not four and one hiding in plain sight. Swept, went over everything with both hands, checked every part of the packing. Never found a 4th foot tack thingy. Hope it lasts a while. Looks good, clean lines, feels strong enough.
