The Autobest F4741A Fuel Pump Module Assembly is identical to O.E. in fit, form, and function! Autobest fuel pumps are supplied with a 12 Month Unlimited Mileage Warranty. Fuel pump strainer is included. Review: NOT for 2006 Elantra! - Just received the fuel pump assembly in the mail. Opened the box which looked like it might have been a returned item to begin with as it had sloppy packing tape keeping the lid closed, there's a small speednut sitting loose on top of the packing. Already not a good sign. Remove the unit, the fuel lever sender and float is broken. Just great. Perhaps it broke in shipping, but now I wonder how it will perform with all the bumps and shaking of simply driving on average roads. I requested a replacement (not sure why I was charged $1 for it?!?)...will update this review upon receipt of the new part. But for now, broken right out of the box? 1 star. UPDATE: Replacement received as expected, unit was fine. However, after removing the rear seat from my 2006 Elantra to remove the malfunctioning pump, saw that this is NOT the correct part!! I needed 2 lines and 1 connector, this part only has 1 line and 1 connector. Review: Fixed My Hard to Start 2007 Hyundai Accent - I got this pump right before the price went up so I saved 15 bucks, getting it for $88.86 with free Prime shipping. My 2007 Hyundai Accent was very hard to start after filling with gas and would run very rough for a short period once you did get it started. This was because the pump requires pressure that was released when you removed the gas cap. Once you got it started that initial time it was almost fine all others. I had also noticed that it would be hard to start here and there at other times and occasionally I would notice a hesitation in acceleration (Like an Accent needs any more hindrances to acceleration...). This pump fixed all of this and at a 3rd of the price for what the auto parts stores were asking. Starts and runs smooth as silk now. This was a very simple install as well. Just pull up the back seats and peel off the access cover. Unplug everything and take out about 8 screws. The pump will pull right up out. Just make sure that you have a couple of rags there to catch any fuel that leaks. I also recommend starting the car and removing the fuel pump fuse so that the car stalls prior to starting the removal of the old pump. This will get the vast majority of fuel out of the lines and save it from leaking much once you unhook the lines. If you are mechanically inclined at all, you can replace this yourself and save hundreds of dollars. No reason to be intimidated. Watch a couple of Youtube videos and you'll be fine. Entire install from start to finish took me about 10 minutes. Much easier than the last fuel pump where I had to drop the tank on a Suburban. This pump even comes with a new rubber seal for the pump. Just be sure to tighten the cap back down to secure a proper seating.
