Very good value, happy with our purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good design. *by J***Y on December 5, 2025* Lightweight and well made. ### ⭐ Received locked, no keys, returned *by M***D on December 17, 2025* I ordered thinking this would be great for an upcoming trip, and received it just fine. Problem is, the cargo box was locked and there were no keys to open! Fine. I emailed and called DNA Motoring multiple times asking for a replacement key. They responded after several days asking me for the order information. In the meantime, I took it to a locksmith who said this particular lock cannot be opened without the original keys (a lock design issue), and cannot be picked safely or replaced without damaging the box. So, I had to get hold of the keys for this particular lock (from DNA Motoring). So, I returned the whole thing. Thankfully, Amazon accepted this for a return.
